When I walked in I was not greeted, even though three employees stood behind the counter, and one was saying bye to the only other customer in the store, I walked up and and said hello to everone. The woman that helped me was very friendly and very short with me. Unfortunately I didn't buy anything and order online instead...I have always gotten good services at this store.

They sold us a bunch of stuff and never activated our phones! When I called to activate mine they said they could not because they didn't put an order in. When i walked into the store, they wanted me to wait an hour and a half just to be attended to, time i did not have. I have to try to go back to the store as a walkin because the checkin lady said there are no appointments. So frustrating!

We had the pleasure of working with Kyle at your 3167 Willow Creek Rd location in Prescott and the experience couldn’t have been better! He set us up with a new phone plan (transfer from AT&T) as well as jetpack for our RV. He answered all of our questions and was super friendly. I was nervous initially as past experiences have taken hours with lots of run around but Kyle was direct, friendly and very transparent. My new plan is $30 cheaper than what I was paying before! Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re needing anything related to their services!

The WORST customer service I have ever seen. She was obviously not interested in anything but moving us along out the door. Didn't ask about how much we use the phone or what we used them for. She just said basically.. 7000.00 do you want the quote. No interest at all in even wanting to find the Best deal best for us... Not them. To bad because our intentions really were to walk out with new phones and service but not if we are treated like that. So disappointed.. but based on our treatment this store won't care how the customer feels anyways.
