ATT EXPERIENCE (one store only, all other stores and people are Amazon. My mom had just passed and I just needed someone to be helpful and kind, but that off not what I received). The gentleman that I'll helped me was very agitated, did not completely set up my phone, was very cold and didn't resolve my problem. I had to pay off my installments, buy a whole new phone and he was not kind or helpful. He was just rushing me out of the store. I ended up coming home and after working on it for over an hour just to get it set up correctly It was the store on Beltline and 183 at 183 in Irving. Everyone else just sat around and spoke Spanish. It was the worst experience in my life. He said my phone was good to go and put it in the box and handed it to me. That was not the truth. My phone did not work. People could call me but I couldn't call anyone. I have been with AT&T for probably 20 years and I have never had such a horrible experience AT&T is always been so kind and helpful but that store that particular store needs some sensitivity training or something I don't know but I also need to update my email address in case it's my old one I need to update it to Karilynette@me com. That may be the one y'all have, but just in case. Thank you. I love AT& otherwise. I have an apple watch and internet with y'all also. I apologize for all the typos and mistakes in my survey. Terrible. Bought phone online w instruction to ship to Texas where I am working. They said no problem..sending to local store in TX for pick up. Nope they lied shipped to NY. Been given total run around with customer care hanging up on me AND store rep trying to help twice. No answers yet from AT&T. Love to change after 25 years w AT&T. Situation not resolved. They have lied to me and not documented their promises to me to fix it. Phone still in NY. Geez louise. Terrible right from the start and continuing as we speak. Don't order online or over phone. What a joke. *******I will add that Daniel at the store has been great...the store is just fine..very helpful and tried to take ownership of the problem. Appreciative of their continued efforts. However its a corporate problem w no accountability for those either purposely or by accident not documenting calls and promises made. Thank you Daniel for your continued assistance!

This location never disappoints.I always get attended fast and leave satisfied with my service! I have visited many At&t stores in the DFW area and I always come back to this one. Parking area is great compared to others. Emely helped us with an upgrade and adding a line. She was very sweet and very informative. She also gave me a great deal on accessories. Another plus, is that this store is open till 9. I highly recommend this store! Thank you At&t team!

James Winchester was great, very helpful and did an amazing job providing us with Bill information. Was so happy with the service , and the store was really nice as well, felt like I was at home. Store was organized and very clean, way better than the authorize retailers.
