How do I get my refund for not being able to ride due to the ride being closed? I didn't get a chance to ride it because it was closed for weather related. The website didn't say anything about it being closed.

We did go to the guest service and they gave me a bogus number that isn't available. And also being a tourist from out of state you normally would go online first.

I would recommend to go to the main entrance at the service desk there's the Navy pier staff there to assist

Closure was mentioned on the news. Call instead of going on the website. Usually you get better results and answers
