If it is not between April and September is there a parking fee?

There is a flat 8$ fee for parking. They used to collect at a booth but now there are meters. I believe you need to feed the meter beginning mid Spring

I don't believe so, at least not during those times. Then again I've only been there around the holidays and there's never been a parking fee. Best bet is to call. The state always gets its money.

If you have an Empire Pass, it's good here. I believe you must pay on weekends prior to season.
