Are ther hiking trails? If so, are they well marked? Are maps of the grounds and trails available?

This arboretum is very manicured and has a number of "paths" one can choose to walk. I would not consider them to be "hiking trails" such as you would find at a nature preserve or refuge. The paths are very easy to navigate meaning I would find it difficult to get lost here. Most of the paths are flat and open. Some less traveled paths can be quite damp so a more protective foot wear would be recommended during these times. The information center can provide you with grounds maps should you desire them.

Yes. They are not really marked, but the trails are easy to see. You can get a map of the grounds/trails in the main house.

Yes maps of the grounds are available

There are paved and unpaved paths for walking around the grounds, not what I would call a hiking trail. But very enjoyable for walking off the calories after stopping at the cafe.

Yes, there are maps in the park office that label the trails through the park.
