The campsites in the front are small and faced with mine customers all day. The "back woods" sites are definitely in the woods. The only bathroom is down at the main building at the entrance. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't stay there again unless I was mining.
Awesome, friends of ours and rain when they were there but found herkimers.. our favorite digging spot stop every year for an afternoon coming back to Virginia from Massachusetts.
The camp grounds are decent..your mainly there for digging, there's not much else there.
