Very easy if you listen to the guides at the desk. Also check the area up the ridge in the dirt overlooking the area below. Been super lucky up there.
Please listen to the guide at the counter when you pay for admission. If you spend 5 minutes listening, then you will have much better luck during the day. My family found a dozen diamonds larger than my thumbnail in ~6 hours.
