Trails are open, but refuge gates will be closed until the parking lots can be plowed. Trails will not be maintained.
In the snow? Probably, but the main office is closed, due to pandemic. If the main gates are closed, you can always use the lot South of the airport off Wanamaker Ave/Rt 420. Exit 9B off I95-S, I believe. Even when it's clear out, these rear trails are often muddy and very soft, as they're unimproved. Wear good, high, waterproof boots.
