Very close to airport so excellent for sleep and fly or park and fly. A tactic, especially if one is flying out early and coming back late, is book a room at the hotel on either end and one doesn't need to pay for the parking. Good front desk people. Very comfortable bed. The rooms are a bit tired looking although front desk said they are planning updates soon.

It is a little old/showing it’s age and in general it’s what you’d expect from a lower price hotel near the airport; however 5 stars for the people. Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful, quick to solve a problem. Truly great customer service which is super hard to find. Also the shower was newly renovated and very clear and the towels felt new, thick and soft! Free airport shuttle too

The beds are horrible, yes it's pet friendly but you have to pick up your pet and walk your pet outside. There's no Refrigeration in the room it's more like a cooler that keeps your food cool. There's no microwaves in the room so you have to constantly go down to the front desk to warm up food. That's a big problem for someone like myself whom was staying Extended Stay. Parking is extremely $15.75 per night to park in their parking lot. The rooms are priced high because they are a hotel that has an indoor pool but the pool is not open and have not been open in 4 years, I believe because the pool is closed they should lower their rates.

Quiet!!! We like to stay out by the airport when we come back to Philly. It's convenient for my family when we fly and also when we decide to drive from South Carolina. We have seen a decline in our regular hotels and have had bad luck trying new places as there seems to be more and more people using the hotels as their homes. This place was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and the on-site bar was definitely a plus when we were unexpectedly snowed in. This mat be our new regular place to stay when we come to town.
