I give up one star for everything about this hotel. The shower curtains got mold, the bed sheets got stained on them. I made it report on this this morning, and I will see if it had been taken care of when I get back in this evening.

Expensive for a dirty room. Walls were even dirty. No refrigerator, no hairdryer. Windows don't even open to air the rooms out. Ac worked great tho, had a working ice machine and vending machines.

I use crutches to assist me in walking. I do not need them all the time. When I walked in with my crutches they said they would not rent me room because they didn't have no handicap rooms left I told them I did not need a handicap room put my crutches down and walked around to prove I only need my crutches part of the time. I said I do not need a handicap room I did not ask for one can we please have a room for the night they told us no and told us to leave.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is a by the hour hotel! Bulletproof glass that the workers hide behind. The rooms were so disgusting we spent four hours bleaching everything. They left a vacuum by our door but made us do it. Bedding was stained and disgusting! We bought our own and used a can of Lysol per bed! We only stayed the night because it was to late to find another hotel we switched first thing in the morning do not stay here Lee press-on nails on the floor cigarette Ash and butts everywhere it is literally a sex Hotel
It's not worth the money. its not that clean and the staff at the office is not very helpful. and it have thots staying there.
That's sort an invalid question since price vary by date and the booking method you use. Anyhow, they are usually around $80-$100 range, but i do not recommend staying there.

In October of 2019 I had to stay there for 3 days while I waited for the finishing touches on my apartment I found a crack pipe in my room beside the cheer somewhat behind the dresser where the TV was in my room when I tried to call the front desk the phone was unplugged I had to plug in the phone call the front desk and tell him about the crack pipe they did not show up about 45 minutes later I go down stairs to complain to management about the crack pipe I found in my room and told him I wanted full reimbursement before I went outside to tell the cop about the crack pipe I found in my room they gave me full reimbursement only to go back into my account and reimburse themselves that 350 something dollars I paid out originally for the room on booking.com I would not recommend this hotel to anybody that just need a layover there is no complimentary breakfast I had two beds in my room one of them look like it had bed bugs at one point in time when I peel back the sheets in the blankets.
No early check in, but late check-out yea. But they are very reasonable call the hotel but i would already have my reservation when I did. And I think it depends alot on what time you want to arrive and check-in.

This hotel is awful! I came out to Philadelphia to go to Temple University Hospital to see a specialist. Our room was so filthy we had to go buy our own bedding there were stains on the mattresses it took us bleaching the entire room mind you I had just flown out there! This is a rent by the hour Hotel!! So if that's what you're looking for hotels that rent by the hour then this is the hotel for you we found Lee press-on nails on the floor cigarette stains and the drawer full of butts and we were in the handicap rooms everyone we spoke to said all we know that hotel that's the hotel so if you want people that rent by the hour this is the hotel for you. We moved hotels the very next morning stayed and I'm much nicer part of Philadelphia still closer to the hospital and paid the same amount of money for the Marriott Suites that we paid for this hotel that runs by the f****** hour when you walk in and the workers are behind bulletproof glass that should tell you some thing

They don't do that, you have to book a whole night. Weekdays its start from 105 or 110 weekend estimate 130-135 a night
