Great stay at this hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Coffee shop downstairs to get going in the morning (awesome latte). Quick shuttle. Great experience - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

So this place looks fantastic from the outside, and has a nice area around it. This was our first stay at a Marriott hotel and we were disappointed. The interior of the hotel was very dirty, and our room was no exception. The carpet was stained, there was hair stuck to the ceiling, the shower curtain had black stains on it, and baseboards very dirty. The AC did not work well and no matter how low we turned it to (62° at one point) and it never dropped below about 72°. We booked a high floor with a city view, but was placed on level 4 with a view of the conference rooms. When asked to be moved we were told that the hotel was booked and no other rooms were available. I had booked this stay in March, and it is now the end of May. The free breakfast was closed, but the market were they charge you was open with basic food, but no produce. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the restaurant in the hotel was wonderful with great food, and the shuttle service was great. Our driver, named “T” was exceptional and even recalled our names. We will not be staying here again.

Rooms were ok...spacious and clean. However.. my room didn't have a remote for my television. I called the lobby and someone was sent up with a remote within 10 minutes. The elevator service. We had an event at the hotel and there were only 2 elevators working. The wait for an elevator was sometimes a half hour. Also, the parking situation is atrocious. At another event, the parking lot was full and there were no other alternatives. People parked wherever they could find space and the hotel management called the police and had everyone ticketed. If they knew that they had 2 major events, they should have made sure the parking situation was taken care of. There is no room service at the hotel, and there aren't really any breakfast items except for an alcove that has microwavable breakfast sandwiches. And lastly, the banquet food was nasty. I honestly don't think they do well with a crowd over 250. The salads and desserts were already sitting on the table when we sat down at 7 and had been sitting there for almost 3 hours. The croutons were stale and chewy..the lettuce was warm and wilted. The rice was both over and undercooked. Some of it was mushy and some was crunchy ..all on the same plate. I have been to a smaller banquet and the food was fine. I just don't think they handle large scale well.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time at the end of the year 2021. I must say, I was very, very impressed. The rate was unbelievable. The hotel lobby was very luxurious and inviting, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. There is a Starbucks inside which was very convenient for me. The airport is near for which they provide shuttle every 2 or 3 hours. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Delta to anyone I come across. If an issue arises, they will go above and beyond to make it right. I was given an apology and a $10 card to use at Starbucks after bringing an issue to their attention. I will definitely be back!!!

They have a wide variety of foods including steaks, fresh seafood, pastas, healthy entrees, salads and sandwiches. The bar also serves pizzas, tacos, seafood among other things. I had the salmon and it was really good!
