Super friendly front desk staff, dining and bar staff members were great too! They held onto our baggage until we could check-in and the shuttles were very convenient and well timed for getting to and from the airport. The building was under construction but there was no disruption to service or our room. Downfall was that Google advertises that they have a pool, but they currently DO NOT. This might be due to the current construction?

Front desk staff was very friendly. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I was given my room. The staff member I only know her by her first name Lorrie was sure that all my needs to include dinner menu was met . I have stayed there before and I always enjoy my stays . Front desk staff is very knowledgeable about the Philadelphia area.

I previously had a great experience here 2 weeks ago parking through Global Airport Parking for my flight and using the Sheraton shuttle, so I decided to do the same thing this weekend. I booked through GAP and prepaid. Unfortunately, my return flight home was delayed 13 hours (yes, 13). Needless to say, it had been a rough night and I was late getting back to my car, which was not by choice. I called the Sheraton to explain my situation before my reservation was set to expire last night and they said not to worry and to just explain my situation at the front desk when I come to pick up my car in the morning and they’ll take care of it. When I got to the front desk this morning and explained what happened with my flight and what I was told when I called, the receptionist couldn’t muster a shred of empathy or customer service. She said it would be an extra $25 (for 12 additional hours). When I asked why it was so much since I had only paid $10 a day ($53 total with fees for 4 days), she said that was a third party and the Sheraton charges $25 a day. She told me I should have edited my reservation through the third party company. I explained if they had told me to do that when I had called last night, I absolutely would have. So then, without any communication or explanation, she pretended to validate my ticket and said next time to change it through GAP or I’d have to pay. I said thank you and left. When I got to the gate to exit- I realized she hadn’t validated my parking ticket- only pretended to so I would leave. Thankfully the guy at the gate let me through, but I will not be parking here again. Beware parking here- it’s a great deal and very easy for getting to the airport but if your flight gets delayed or cancelled god forbid, you’ll be paying a fortune!

I stayed at the Sheraton for one night while visiting a college in the city. One thing to note is that it costs $25 a day to park in here, so keep that in mind. The hotel is nice and pretty much put together. There is a little bit of construction going on, but I didn’t experience any noise or anything from it. (drapes are covering it so we don’t have to see). The room was large, could’ve fit 4 people just fine. The room was in good condition but the lamps and phones were not working. We were able to call downstairs and asked for extra towels but they never showed up. The one saving grace for this hotel was the service manager Eve. She was amazing. She was personable, funny, and extremely helpful. When i told her about my issues she immediately said they were unacceptable and worked to reimburse us for them. She made the experience a lot better for us so thanks eve!!! As far as the restaurant goes (which is paid for under incidentals) the food was extremely good. We had breakfast and it did not disappoint! The bacon is a must have. The worker who took our order and served us our food, was amazing. She made sure to keep us updated on where our order was and was very attentive. Overall this place was fine but the people made it so much better.

There is no lifeguard, so an adult must be present. Children can swim until 9pm. After that, adults only.
To minimize your wait, you should call the hotel and ask the front desk to send the bus to whatever terminal you're at. Typically, you'd wait at zone 4 outside baggage claim, but confirm that as they've shifted some pickup areas due to construction recently.
