I think he might like it. The cave does get dark an he has to stay sitting on the boat.

We took our 4 year old grandson in 2019. He enjoyed the boat ride, although just a little frightened at first. Remembered it well enough that he wants to go back this year.

I have a brother the same age as your twins. Going into the cave he was a little nervous, but once he got used to it he really enjoyed it. If your twins are especially nervous or afraid of the dark you maybe should think about it, but I would say it should be fine.

My youngest son was a little scared of the darkness but was ok when he got use to it.

We had our 3 almost 4 yr old there yesterday. She was a bit intimidated by the darkness but she liked the boat ride

Ii think they are fine gor the boat tour. We took my grandson when he was 2, 3, and four. He loves it. Surw, they don't fully appreciate it but they have fun.

The walk down to cave is steep might be difficult for them to walk up and down to cave. I'm not sure I would take kids that young they won't appreciate or remember it but that's me

They have life vests that I believe they are required. I believe they said they haven't had anyone fall in yet, ever, when I stopped in February. If you're children listen well, and don't freak out in total darkness, it may be good. But it might make a better memory for them when they are 5.

I recently did it back in December with temps in the teens with a 3 yr old. He did pretty good and enjoyed seeing things. Like most toddlers he has a patience level of zero but was amazed at things and kept asking questions. We sat in the back away from the guide as to not disturb anyone trying to listen up front.
