We will be vacationing near here shortly. I see masks are not required for vaccinated visitors, how do you confirm if someone is vaccinated, do you ask to see their vaccination card? Thanks

None required. They don't ask. If you feel the need to wear one then do. There were a few people still wearing them but not many.

Just went 1.5 weeks ago and they did not question. We had kids that were not vaccination age and there were no questions. Plus the mandate in PA is lifted tomorrow (June 28). I think it is possible that they have not updated the website.

It is awesome! Most of the tour is in the cave and it's really cool inside the cave, so if you need to wear a mask you should be pretty comfortable.
