Can one access the gorge rail trail from the park?

Pine Creek Rail Trail is not accessible by bicycle from Leonard Harrison State Park. Use Darling Run Access Area off St 362 in Ansonia

Only via the Turkey Path trail, I believe. It had been closed for repairs for several weeks, but it was reopened on the day I was there in mid-September.

Not when I was there a few weeks ago. The one trail that goes down to it had some damage so they closed that one trail at the top until they can fix what ever erosion or landslide that caused the closing. I don't know if it is erosion or landslide.
