when you enter the park grounds, the facility for the cave entrance is on your right and there is a large parking lot....can't miss it. You'll see the building....the only building. It's a small place over all.
They are sold at the visitor center.
They must be bought on the premises shortly prior to the tour. It's first come first serve. The tickets are only good for the particular tour you are purchasing them for.
Purchase tickets online or at the Welcome Building
Im not sure check their website but it's very easy to get the tickets right before you go in. They have plenty of room for you and your family or group.
