Plenty of good parking. Easy access to trail

The trail head is close enough to the farmers market on Saturday and the Cafe so you can grab a bite before heading out

A gravel treadmill. Gotta ride it with friends or listen to a good book for the long rides.

The bridge was neat but I didn't like having to walk down 7 highway. I would not take a beginner horse or rider on this route due to the highway and lack of shoulder to keep our distance from the traffic.

Chilhowee, 28 miles from Pleasant Hill offers camping. From the bikekatytrail page - April Siegfried: Yes we offer free camping in Chilhowee. You may camp at the city park or camp in the shaded lot across Main St from the park for free. We also have live stock stables in town that you can use as a shelter if there is rain. All of this is free of charge. Stop in at the Corner Store and we will also let you know where you can get water if the store is closed
Yes, leashes are technically required, and just a good plan with all the cyclists and horses.
No.
The construction is very good. I rode shortly after rain several times and the trail was in good condition.
Yes at trail head or by police dept. Call them with info andcar tag onfo they will watch car they have been nice and willing good luck
The trail is dirt and gravel. So a road bike with road slicks may not do well.
