Cute park! Lots of space to walk and picnic tables. There is a little playground that my kids enjoyed. There are also bathrooms here, they are pit toilets, but they are very clean.

Always love hanging by the river! FYI, don't let your kids play on the rail bridge- there's 🔞 stuff spray-painted on it.

Lovely two mile island easy loop, next to the river. Lots of shade in many segments. Loved it and will return.

Milton State Park is a nice day use state park situated on an island in the West Branch of the Susquehanna River. The park consists of nice picnic areas, sports fields, a small boat launch area, wooded hiking trails that loop around the island, a playground, and restroom facilities. A nice place to spend the day participating in outdoor activities.

Yes ,there are trails at both ends of the park for walking and riding, I would suggest a mountain bike for the trails because some are bumpy and sometimes a bit muddy in places ,I have ridden there several times, if you are lucky you may see deer , enjoy and have fun ,its a beautiful ride.
There are picnic tables and charcoal grills but no pavilions
Yes I have but certain times u can cause they close the gate
It's being used! There are no signs stating its closed. State wasn't clean the mud and leaves up at the end of the ramp. Mud is deep just under the water level. State will do a spring clean up sometime.
Not 100% sure, but it is a State Park. So I am sure it could be found under PA State Parks
More than likely the park service hasn't cleaned the ramp since the last high water.
