Yes ,there are trails at both ends of the park for walking and riding, I would suggest a mountain bike for the trails because some are bumpy and sometimes a bit muddy in places ,I have ridden there several times, if you are lucky you may see deer , enjoy and have fun ,its a beautiful ride.

I'm quite sure that you would use the same trails as the walkers, it gets busy at times so please be careful, but it's a beautiful area.
