I totally stumbled on to this beautiful park and spring. Had a great time and walk. Nice little swim area off to the side.

Great place for walking, pictures, picnics, family time and trout fishing! It's a beautiful place and you can even swim there. There is a train depot/museum but I haven't visited that yet. Worth stopping at.

It's a nice park. There are nice sidewalks, playgrounds, and sights. The railroad museum is great, too. Some parts of the path are muddy, and flood easily, and others have lots of poison ivy growing right along them. But all in all, it's a great place to spend an afternoon.

Wow! Beautiful! What a lovely place to stop on an exhausting Journey. Friendly service, clean bathrooms, gift shop and beautiful scenery. Picnic tables and and lovely Waterview. Someone was even playing guitar music. This park and Welcome Center A+ on my list.

Yes, if you go across the dam then make a right past the old electric house .. There are swimming areas down that way
I saw quite a few dogs being walked on leashes outside on the trails.
They have life vests you can borrow also. Just be sure to return them if you use them.
Hi Gail! Mammoth Spring State Park does not have camping facilities, but there are several great spots in the local area that could accommodate you. You can check out MammothSpring.org for more information. We also allow people to park one night in our welcome Center parking lot if that would help.
Not that I know of, but there are cabin rentals very close to the park.
It not a camping type of park.
"Mammoth Spring Interpretive Loop is a 0.8 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Mammoth Spring, Arkansas that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash." -from Alltrails app. It wasn't busy the last time I was there though. Check out some of the slo-mo shots I uploaded!
Riverside Resort and Campground is a beautiful place. Its a very family friendly place to stay with nice cabins in 2 sizes, nice tent camping spots and rv spots, a swimming beach, great fishing, a little store and its right on Spring River. My family loves it!!!
