We order thru mobile phone to make curbside pick. Waited for 20 minutes when I called they asked me to go thru drive thru to get my order. Why then they offer this service and tell us after waiting this long to go thru drive thru anyway#$@&

I truly believe that there was no malice behind that it probably was because they were short staffed there's a lot of times they are short staff and it's not their fault

This is happening at all fast food stores. Hours altered due to lack of staffing. Been at a few drive thru where it has taken over 30 minutes to make it through the line. Fetn Creek WhiteCastle has been closed daily between 2p.m. to 10 p.m. due to no staffing. Was told by a friend that it was going to be that way for 2 weeks.
