If this place ran a "we get it right or your next meal is free" promotion they'd be bankrupt in two days. They could get away with it when they were cheaper than everywhere else but with meal prices comparable to places like McDonald's they don't have the edge anymore. and other places also get it right. I also wouldn't have as big of a problem if this Taco Bell didn't move at turtle pace. If you're slow then you shouldn't be getting orders wrong. You can be slow or you can be inaccurate. But both and it's time to shut down the drive through, opt for dine in, and then you've removed the expectation of being fast food.

I literally came to this location twice within 15 minutes because they messed up my order. The first time I ordered two cheesy gordita crunches and two cheesy bean and rice burritos with easy beans and extra rice. They left the spicy ranch off my gorditas and the creamy jalapeño sauce off my burritos. I went back to have them remade and they put barely any meat on my gorditas but added tomatoes. Then of course they don't give receipts.

This location is very greedy with their portions. I always order the same thing and I have been going out of my way to go to a different location because they are so greedy. Well I made the mistake of going back. I paid for extra sour cream and this is what I got. Also the older woman that they have working the drive thru is always rude.
