The manager had an attitude with me cause she made a mistake with my order and wanted my moneys worth of food. She made it seem like it was my fault that she didn’t bag my order correctly. Everyone else was nice that’s why I added one more star.

For a quick and fast breakfast McDonald's is always in there to serve me I will continue but all the stores need to be cleaned around the parking lots too older people need service and we are very well lacking in that department thanks McDonald's you've been there for me and my family

Super quick service and my food was hot/fresh. I honestly didn’t expect to get through the drive-thru so quickly but it was a great experience.

After spending 20 minutes in the pick up spot and nobody showed up, then another 20 minutes in the drive through, y’all really gonna give me a Big Mac with no Mac sauce?? The girl working the drive thru was nice but overall an incompetent team. This is ridiculous. Waste of my time.

I've also been having order issues with this location. 😤 I've been personally boycotting.
I came from San Diego,Ca. It's a 50/50 deal here in Louisville. Sometimes +I 've gone there and you wait in line only yo find out they ran out of what you ordered eg. Glazed Tenders . +I try to remember the Team behind the speakers are hi-schoolers & they are in training.

I mean what can I say, it's McDonald's, sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's not. There are so many fast-food chains that don't take pride in their jobs just putting in their time. Everything has become about the all mighty dollar. Also, coming from a person who worked retail all their life, you need to remember that if your complaint is your food is bad it's not the person's fault that is working behind the speaker as you put it and it's not even the cooks fault, it's all of these restaurants are franchising and they don't care. But if every time you go somewhere and they mess up, why do you keep going back?
