Drive thru took 35 minutes and I watched this big girl stand in one place talking and flirting with the cook for 15 minutes while the line was backed up!

It's White Castle. Food was fresh, but it was because of lack of workers and they had to keep making stuff on the order. Therefore, food was great! Wait was terrible.

We went through the drive thru shortly after midnight on a Saturday. We waited for the two cars in front and then sat for a few minutes until the cashier took our order. Their soda machine was broken so they only had unsweetened tea or Big Red. They forgot my onion rings, the Big Red syrup ratio was off, and the tea was just barely tea. The burgers were hot which was nice. I'm a big fan of white castle but tonight was a miss.

That is unusual, White Castle always makes their food fresh. If there is a next time talk to the manager about it. You worked hard for your money and wasted gas going back to get fresh hash browns. I have purchased mostly lunches at that location. I always check my food before I leave and always get fresh food. I'm not sure where you call home here in Louisville but the White Castle on Shelbyville Road just before the Middletown Kroger always has fresh breakfast items to choose. Yes, I travel to different locations in Louisville for good service and food. I work too hard to get anything less and you should too if you so choose.
