EDIT: Went to the link in your response and have heard NOTHING. Don't publicly make it look like you care or are trying to fix it, when you clearly don't Older lady at the window was rude and unfocused. Tried to hand us someone else's cash when we paid with a debit card. Gave us the wrong order, so we said something. She had attitude. Then slammed the window in our face, mid explanation. Gave us the wrong order a 2nd time, snatched it from our hands, then we went it to get the 3rd attempt and she tossed it at us. And I'm not talking 'Karen' here. 3 piece fish with okra and fries, given 2 pieces with broccoli and green beans, then fries, green beans and 2 pieces. Horrible service

Challenged by a mid afternoon rush from all fronts, Cassandra took care of the business like a Boss Lady. With a constant stream of customers' orders from drive-thru and the dinning room, Cassandra made sure each customer received the attention they deserved. She was cordial, playful, accurate, efficient, and caring. At no time was she rude or short to anyone. She checked each order to ensure the quality and accuracy, asked for sauces, drinks. The interaction with her peer was indifferent. The dinning room, restroom, and tables were clean. The interior has been renovated. Though the food wasn't as fresh as expected, the overall experience was very positive

My daughter got me a catfish meal from your store it was the worst. I mean the worst fish I have ever attempted to eat. It wasn't fried done. There was so much water left in it until you could see it while trying to put it in my mouth. It was horrible I couldn't eat it . My daughter's baked potato wasn't cooked thoroughly on one side. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. You all really need to do better or hire a staff that is interested in what they serve customers....

Short staffed due to pandemic but has always been nice through it all. I recommend ordering from the website. They will have it ready for you and I imagine it's easier on them also.

Every other table is closed off No center of the room tables. Public rest rooms are closed. Counter server wears mask, kitchen staff do not. Signs posted to maintain social distancing
Well its still under some interior construction . An small amounts of water damage on walls . Soon to open
As far as I know they dint have a reopen date yet
They had a fire and should reopen after they complete repairs
