They were good I love Arby's horsey sauce and I asked for some normally I only 1 or 2 but I got 8 or so from them I am still enjoying them now.

Customer service was awful. Didn't tell me until they had already ran card, so therfore no receipt. Had to turn around because part of my order was missing SMH. No courtesies were ever given. Fir $11+ I should have went to a sit down restaurant lol. Crossing Arby's off my fast food list

Within the past two weeks, my husband and I have ordered from this Arby's and twice have not received what we ordered. The first time, the fries were missing. We had already gotten home before we noticed and didn't drive back there to complain. This time, we thought we checked the bag good enough but when we got home, his Double Arby's was a Cheddar Beef, which he doesn't like. It is really too much trouble to go back, so I ate the Cheddar and gave him my Classic Arby's. Looks like we will have to check each item before we drive away from now on, but it would be nice if the orders were correct.

I like the Arby's and the people there were very friendly but they were out of everything. My boyfriend wanted the cheese sticks and they said something about some kind of sauce that goes with them that they were out of, he wanted crinkle fries and they were out, and he wanted one of those Big chocolate, chocolate chip cookies and they were out of them. The staff was extremely polite in helping him to decide on something else which is unusual because he has a temper he usually just gets nasty and tells them he will go elsewhere. We have gone to this Arby's so many times because we live right around the corner from it but this was the very first time this happened.
