Ordered food last Saturday online only to find out they closed 2 hours before. Almost a week later and still no refund. Typing this while on hold with customer service.

Some times they. Stay open till 6 and sometimes they stay open, there dinning room has never opened back up, drive thru is always a mile long. Why would I come to there or any of them. Life is a gamble period . If COVID don't get us, something else will. So open your doors, think about it.

I order my food on Wendy’s app go to drive thru to pick it up. the black women said we are close I told her I place my order and paid for it she said too bad we’re closed ok what about my order she got angry told me its not my Problem said other things that are not you want to write she so rude nasty I paid for it And went to get it so a Wendy’s employee can cuss me out and I don’t get my food and I paid for it what a nice Mother’s Day

The apple pecan salad was terrible, the lettuce was wilted at bottom of container. Usually it's much fresher. Wendy's service of food has went down and drive thru takes forever. Doesn't matter what Wendy's there drive thru is terrible.

Pretty typical protocols are followed due to COVID-19 from what I've seen. Both inside and at the drive-thru. Drinks are no longer self-serve. The cashiers hand you your cups, your napkins, all condiments have to be requested but they always ask what sauces you need and put them in your bag for you. Their restrooms are kept tidy as well.
