We had a pleasant experience. The place was clean, the milkshakes were delicious, and the coffee was good. We did have a small debacle with our first round of coffee, which was pretty disgusting and undrinkable, but when we told the staff, they quickly brought us two size up coffees. They were kind and genuine in making it right. The inside was a fun environment.

Where to start everything in our order was messed up was supposed to get mango smoothies and got strawberry. Was supposed to get a steak bagel and they decided to put bacon on it. Asked for a coke and sweet tea and got a Diet Coke and a sweet tea with no ice! Not to mention we waited 45 mins for our food to begin with! Get it together!!

The new and improved "place order st kiosk" i s a freaking joke. Takes forever, isn't user friendly and you still have to wait forever for food that is not what you wanted or thought you ordered, then there is no physical person to fix it. The bad thing is they had to go to this because people are too lazy to go to work and they cannot keep help. What happened to good old service with a smile? That is how you got you sign slogan "Billions served!" My hard earned dollars will not be supporting this downfall to American fast food restaurants.

This particular mcdonalds unfortunately has great staff and absolutely horrible upper management. Im not sure how or why but the amount of times I've tried to go here late at night and been told their "system is down" is staggering. Someone is absolutely indifferent about maintaining a quality spot
