Really easy to get out to. If you don't have asthma, I'd suggest taking the upper route (took that once with the stairs and had a horrible asthma attack.) The upper route, if you're familiar with it, is where the roundabout area is located just a steps to the east right outside the roundabout area. I'm sure if you go out there, there will be people out there who can tell you exactly where to go.
It depends where you park. If you drive to the lower parking lot which is the first turn on the right. Or the upper parking lot at the end of the road. If you park lower than you bare right on the trail from the lower parking lot and the swimming hole is on the left. If you park in the upper lot the trail bares left and the hole will be on the right. Be advised these are rough round about directions.
