Drove all the way out here to enjoy the lake etc..and lo and behold you have to own a home. So do NOT go if you don't have a home!

A yearly HOA fee.
It's a private lake. You must be a property owner or with a realtor to get past the gate. Owners can leave day and weekend passes for others as well. But you will need to have the pass done before you get there and have your ID
Nope, you have to either have a pass or call a member at the gate to let you in
