I would think if you're not in the way of others and not destroying the wildlife then there shouldn't be any issues but definitely call the office they have and ask

That's something you have to ask Parks and Wildlife officials. It's a state park.

Get in contact with a parks and wildlife officer and ask questions, make calls , they could probably send you in the best direction.

Depends on the type of ceremony, I would think. I would run it past a park employee and see what they say.
