To check the availability of sites go to nc state park website, find the park, look at campsite map & tap the reservation link. You can see what is available.
Yes, the recently upgraded sites can fit most everything, and those 12 have full hookups. The unimproved sites are better for tents, but some would be fine for pop ups or very small towables.

I did see a camp site so I would think travel trailers are allowed , there is a number you can call and ask tho on the website to be sure
