Our Ticket Plaza closes at 5:30pm, so we don't allow anyone in the Park after 5:30pm. Once inside the Park, you can stay as late as 7pm, when the Park closes for the night.

Probably not, and if you have somebody in your group that can't climb up, make sure to check that the elevator is working..it was not on 8/11/20.
Depends on how many people are up there. We stayed the weekend 2 weeks ago but it was full every time we tried so we didn't make it up.
Maybe but probably not. You'd have to get to the top and back down by 530
