I'm not sure, we made our reservations for the feast as part of our room reservation. They do have a "pub menu" that you can order from between noon and 10pm if I remember correctly. I recommend calling them ahead of time to find out. While there we only saw guests and staff, and everything was billed through the room.
I don't think so. The feast is reserved normally when you reserve your rooms. The pub is open every day to the guests with a small menu. You could call to see if the public can eat there.
I don't believe so. Even guests must make reservations, and dinner is served only Friday and Saturday.
