After you take the shuttle the walk to the Bridge is only 50 yards at most.
You can park in the handicap spaces up front and they have a shuttle that will take you down to the park. From there you have to walk a couple hundred yards til your at or under the bridge.
A mile
I have a mobility scooter. Is the shuttle able to accommodate a victory 9 scooterm
It's pretty easy , just take the shuttle and take your time. I saw a lot of people with canes walking it and they have benches along the way to sit and take a break as needed.
The gracious folks at the Natural Bridge offer s shuttle service which, quite frankly, saved me! I had recently undergone a procedure on my back and would have STRUGGLED to make it up the stairs on the way out. Believe me when I say it's completely worth it, it's a sight not to be missed!
Not far just stairs can be challenging
Well from parking to the actual bridge isn't quite a mile. They have a shuttle that goes from the top to the bottom near the Bridge itself.
0.9 miles. The first part is very steep though.
We offer a shuttle that takes you from the Visitor Center to the area where the Bridge is. The distance is not too far from there and it is flat with plenty of places to stop and rest. I have mobility challenges as well (back issues) so I haven't been much farther beyond the bridge but it isn't too bad and again, places to site and rest. The reward is the Monocan Village. The distance from the visitor center isn't that far either but it is steep so there are stairs so take the shuttle.
