1:00 pm is our standard train ride, which is what we list for reference on Google. On December 6 we start offering our Magical Christmas Journey rides which run at 5:30 and 7 PM. You can find the 1:00 pm runs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in December.

I took this ride & have a SUGGESTION: Why don't you provide microphones for the employees who are giving facts during the trip? None of the people on board could understand a word he was saying, & we all have good hearing. Very frustrating.

I am scheduled tomorrow and I am coming from payson.It is snowing and I dont have 4 wheel drive. I see it said I must give 48hr to cancel for a full refund. But was curious if they would allow me to reschedule if I CAN'T make it due to weather?
