Yes, our family visited on July 10 without any issue (we're from NY State). The NM State Parks are closed to out of state visitors, but NM has no jurisdiction to enforce such a measure in a National Park. Enjoy!
We was there July 13 and was able to go in We're from Idaho
We were there July 4th weekend you can go in to see it and explore. The Museum was closed and the gift shop was blocked at door but you could buy items from it. Just can't go in and browse around
