Yes, there are tours, but the one we followed was a commercial guide from a bus tour. I would call the rangers to see if there are tours available when you are planning to visit.
We did not have a guide, we had a book to guide us with numbered stations.

I believe they have occasional guided tours, but the do have a tour book for use along the path and an archeologist onsite (at least when I was there a few months ago).
We did self guided through an app. It was very good. I don't remember if there's a guided tour.
