Do you have to pay to camp here and how much is it per night, and do the accept cards or only cash? And are dogs allowed?

It's $22 a night, $25 for lakeside but all the spots are great. (#14 is the best) Not sure about cards, I had a checkbook on me so I just wrote a check. And dogs are allowed but must be leashed at all times.
