Great easily accessible campground. Clean campsites and some of the best pit/vault toilets I've used. Campsites are a bit close to your neighbors, sound does easily carry. Remember you are camping in the desert, so there is no shade.

We absolutely loved our time camping at Kens Lake. We were there for two different nights and had two different sights (29A and 21A). The sights were fairly spaced depending on which one you get. Some are shared spaces and some are set apart. If you look at the map in the recreation website it is helpful. We were very close to the beautiful red rock and could see the snow capped La Sal mountains peaking through. It was stunning. There are no amenities but they have vault toilets with toilet paper available. The weather was chilly at night but with a fire and a proper sleeping bag we were comfortable. (We were there 10/18 and 10/19). I did not have any cell phone service during my stay. I have Tmobile. My partner has verizon and had service at the front of the campground but not at our sight. Would absolutely recommend this campground!!

This place is awesome! We are really greatful to have such an easy(set up and check in) campground. Big spot next to a creek surrounded with beautiful red rock views and green Utah plants. Not crowded and no bad experience with unexpected surprises.

The entire site is pretty laid back. If you keep your dog from bugging people, no one is likely to care.

That's Tom the Turtle, Ryanna. Let him be. He's probably thinking the same thing about you in the lake.

$20 for a regular site that you cannot reserve in advance. You can reserve the large group site on recreation.gov
