This was a great hotel. Our room was so spacious and super. The staff was always very helpful. (The staff in the restaurant wasn't nice when we went.) Great location in town. You can walk everywhere. Many good restaurants but a little pricey.

Good rooms and swimming pool but for the price definitely not worth it. No b/f, shuttle or extras included. A good room don't get me wrong with shampoo/ conditioner that didn't leave your hair dry, but even with friendly sounding staff who didn't go out of their way, you could tell you were just a one night stay to them. I hope others had a better experience or at least enough money to get recommended something for your stay to have a more enjoyable time there and not leave feeling quite so plastic.

We changed to this hotel after having a bad experience at a different hotel down the street. The staff here was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and nice! We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The staff continued to check in to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. This hotel is located in a great area and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. If you are staying in Moab, I highly recommend staying here. The only thing we weren't a fan of is the thin walls .

Really nice and tastefully decorated. Great ambiance. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was quite nice as well. The room was large, and it's nice the pool area is open (at least unofficially, all hours of the night). It's expensive, but using points, it was a nice experience and a unique stay. Moab is a great place to detour to. The only issue was that i was supposed to get $15 food credit, but was charged for it and had to call for a refund.
