Great campsites. Paved and large. The short hike on the NE end was interesting. We'll stop her again.

Fee area campground I rolled in at 3pm and Plenty of sites. Tents rv's also a separate rv loop that was very nice. Water and vault toilets that were exceptionally clean. 20$ a night and no trash cans!

Very nice camp host that helped us get oriented for the trails to ride in the NF! Paved roads and sites. Nice private camp sites in the pines that are not grouped together or close to others. Restrooms and water faucets throughout the camping areas. Photos from the campsite and National Forest trails.

For all of you RV and tent campers looking for a beautiful, clean, scenic and tranquil setting, you’ll never beat the Devils Canyon campgrounds near Monticello, Utah. Nature abounds, as do the many scenic vantage points throughout the campgrounds. The camp hosts are so accommodating and welcoming. Brandi and Mark Are there at the entry to greet guests and make everyone feel right at home. They were sure to point out the beautiful hiking trail at one point within the campgrounds that took us through all of the native foliage, trees and highlights. My mother was especially intrigued by the large group of turkey buzzards that hung out in a tree near our campsite. There were also hummingbirds everywhere. The campsites are pristine, each with its own fire pit. We loved our picnic table gatherings. Every bathroom were Meticulous and clean. There is so much to do in the general area including water play in the nearby San Juan Reservoir. We will make a point to mention this location to all of our travelers out there on Americas highways. Thank you Brandi and Mark, you made our stay so wonderful. Happy trails friends.

There is a lake near by called recapture res. But it's like a 5 min drive south of the pull in from the campground.
I have a 6man coleman dome tent with medium sized vestibule and I had no issue placing my tent. As I looked at other sites there I noticed I could have used many open spaces at many sites.
No water truck. There is portable water at spigots throughout the park.
I think they Closed September 30th. Give them a call to verify.
