Front staff was friendly, the gym has plenty of workout choices. Bathrooms are clean. If they had a lap pool it would be a complete gym, but what they do have is serious for working out.

Have I been to nicer, fancier gyms? Sure? But World Gym gets the job done. The equipment isn't as bad as some make it out to be: they have Nautilus, Cybex, and an assortment of free weights of course. Most function well, though, sure, a gradual upgrade would be nice. The staff are consistently very friendly and helpful, and one of the reasons for my 4-star review. I would gladly pay a little more for a few details that would make the experience that much better: replace the towels more frequently (they are often pretty worn and often run out) and please run the AC at a lower temp. Today it was 90 outside when I arrived and the front door was open with the AC off. It gets pretty hot and stuffy in there. Otherwise, it's great.

The machines are great. Dumbells go up to 150lbs. Their shop has good merchandise with the original gorilla logo. The framed pictures hanging are throwbacks to the start of the Golden age of bodybuilding. The only thing is, if you have a problem with alternative lifestyles, then avoid this gym

I think the best gym in Palm Springs for real old school gym people. Old pictures and history fill the facility. Great old school metal dumbbells. If you want a more fluff gym Planet Fitness might be getter for you.

I don't no but it is independent owned so they might work with u if u don't have one I no one homeless guy that uses the shower there so u might be able to pay per month
Actually you need to advise SilverSneakers office that you plan to use World Gym. When I joined they told me that I had to have a location on record and that if I was going to be traveling or be somewhere else for any amount of time that I needed to advise them to change the name of the of the main gym. Apparently it's not like a membership that you can go to any club around the country because every gym is independently owned and they don't keep records of members in other locations so call the office for Silver Sneakers have them list that you plan to use the Palm Springs World Gym and then when you go in there should not be a problem at the desk. That's just my advice otherwise if you walk in then you're going to have to go through that process at the counter okay so anyway I hope that helps
18 dollars for a single day, but they have week and number of visits.
