The Chinese lady working the office is extremely scared of the virus that she unplugged the line so that people are not able to make an appointment, she's not helpful whatsoever. I've physically been to the office and its completely empty and when I informed her im unable to make an appointment over the phone she said she couldn't do anything to help me. Don't waste your time in this office, the staff is not there to help

The phone number listed does not work in the web site. I got a recorded phone call I was being sued, first time such a notice, and I am a senior on limited income and food stamps, so have no taxes. Very strange. Was told the IRS does not make phone calls too.

YOU CANT. YOU HAVE TO FILE YOUR TAXES WITH YOUR NEW ADDRESS. I JUST SPOKE TO THEM.
You have to call early in the morning. That's the only way I got through to them.
Call them, Tell them your location and ask them that you would like to go to the nearest office of your location
You would have to get that information from IRS.
It was no good experience. I just walked in to make a payment and they said on by appointment, and no body was there. And workers were doing anything and they can take my payment.
I had to call the only number that is posted for IRS. When I finally spoke with someone she scheduled an apt for PS. I called first of July and was given an apt for end of August. The lady at the PS irs was very pleasant but wasn't able to solve anything. She printed forms for me that I then had to take to my CPA to fill out and mail in. Good luck
I called the number listed to make an apt.. The lady answered and was super helpful about what forms I needed and how to get them.. Turns out I didnt even need an apt
Keep trying the irs general line to speak for assistance or contact your tax person.

Not sure . I would say most likely no. You need a appointment any day it's open as well.
Can I pay with a credit card
It's a SCAM, I like to give them the run around, and give them all kinds of silly fake information, and tell them to hold and I'll be right back and get my credit card so i can pay them, leave them holding for a minute or two, then give them a number thats a 100 numbers long..LMAO.. It's so much fun.
