Bertha is 100 percent invested in something that’s hard to find anymore genuine customer service. She’s the real thing, she unraveled some minor hiccups we had initially with the website reservation. If it hadn’t been for her it could have been a mini moving disaster. She puts a local face on a corporate operation. The place is clean and secure with easy in and out. The hours are accessible. The location is central to Palm Springs to ease your move in and out.
