I’m being generous because the staff was the only ok thing there and I barely spoke with them. There are transients that live in a community right next to the place. I’ve seen people on the day I moved in, jump the fence back and forth, in and out. When I started in January 2022, with insurance and everything I was paying around $109. By end of April they bumped it up to $156 without much of a notice. I’ve never heard of a 5 x 6 jumping rates SO MUCH!!! Then after being forced to pay or get out within 10 days,I moved out by the end of may. When I got to my storage there was a bigger cockroach on one of my boxes and two or three small ones (which means there’s an infestation in the building) on top of my vacuum sealed clothing bags. I would not recommend this place!

Several years have passed since I made the decision to economize and save my pennies to buy a new home. This required a temporary but drastic downsizing of my living situation, so into a small apartment I went... And into storage went my stuff. I chose Extra Space Storage mainly because of it's proximity to my apartment, but also because their rates were competitive - better than the other storage places I compared online. The move-in went smoothly, and I even got the first month free. It gets even better. The office doubles as a store, filled with a variety of moving supplies. The friendly staff provide help and assistance and offer suggestions and solutions to all things Storage. Emanuel is the manager and go-to person, warm, knowledgeable and ready to help. The facility is spotless and well maintained. In the roughly 5 years, I have been utilizing the facility, the entire place has been repainted - actually twice on the metal roll up doors which secure each storage unit. During regular business hours, employees are readily available, and consistently make rounds in a golf cart, monitoring the premises. I know I made a good decision hands down, and it still remains a good deal.

Emmanuel Martinez is the absolute best... He is very kind and professional in the way he gives customer service. I absolutely recommend you get your storage here because he will help you out with whatever u need and you do leave with a huge smile on your face.

Way to much And they go up yearly. Even with the pandemic they went up. Mine started out at about 145 and over the years it has went up to 238 they are a ripoff I wouldn't rent their look else where. I'm getting ready to get my stuff from there and be done with this place.
