Manager scamming renters asking for cash and embezzling that cash. Not a safe place for you let alone your precious items you have in storage. Be aware, New locks and security installed. Prices drastically going up under new management. Tweekers, thieves, homeless love this place. You're not safe here.

My girlfriend has chosen this storage to protect all of her homes belongings after she had a extensive move out of her home and now stays with me! They have taken great care of her very valuable and treasured belongings and at a very great competitive price. The manager is a nice person to work with and has actually had the opportunity to auction of the locker but did not do so instead waited for the late payment which was so very kind of her! This is one of the best storages I've ever had the chance to see operate and I highly recommend it over any other large storage chain or small this place really fits to our needs and works very well to keep us up to date on the storage costs and rent so that we do not run behind and they would rather see us make our rent dues paid than sell our belongings which is rare to see since most places are so anxiously waiting for tenants to run late so they can lock up the storage and auction it off and benefit many times over. Instead of being greedy they have a big heart and stop that process from happening! IT SHOULD BE CALLED BIG HEART STORAGE BECAUSE THE WAY THEY WORK AND HOW KIND THE MANAGER IS TO US!
