I reserved a unit over the phone, showed up an hour later, confirmed & got the lock. David, the on-site manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating — even though I showed up right before closing time. I got a medium sized unit, but the nice surprise of 11ft ceilings meant I could stack all my stuff into the unit Tetris style without worry of running out of space. I moved in the next day. Easy breezy. Side note: The light & power outlets were a nice surprise. I was able to charge my phone & play music while doing the load-in.
