Do they tell anybody who wants to live in that they have ROACHES and will not treat your apartment? Or do they tell you they’ll send maintenance to fix something in the house & never show up ?

I've been there 1 month haven't seen any roaches spiders mice rats my apartment totally clean and very nice

Once there were bugs, they sent regularly people to take care of it. The manager Mr. Ronald, I don't know if he is still there, he is a very caring and hardworking person who would give it all to make sure your stay is comfy.
