I lived here when it was Walnut Glen back in 2008. I cannot fathom paying double what my rent cost then to live here now. The area just wouldn't attract me to want to spend $900 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I live in the country in a townhome and pay $600 per month. At the very least if someone's paying almost a grand they should have washer and dryer hook ups. Things I dislike were no control over the AC. Maintenance has to switch it over from heating to cooling when seasons change. Cockroaches also seem to be a problem here. Only place I've rented from and have had roaches. My roommate at the time also woke up to her tires being slashed. She had no enemies that would have done this. It was simply her vehicle that got targeted here for some reason. The apartments across the street have also had reports of deceased bodies being found. Overall anyone considering an area and want to find something safe in the city I would urge you to obtain a police report from the local department for calls in the past 60 days to get an idea of what is taking place in the area today. I for one wouldn't pay the price tag they have on these apartments now.

Isabel answered all my questions with professionalism, didn’t complain once about taking long because I wanted to see a few apartments before I made my decision. I have lived her for many many years, and i have see this property go through a lot of changes. This new management company is by far the best that is making a huge transformation. I also want to state that the property Manager Dana is so kind and sweet and really takes the time to help you and listen even when your yelling at her. The whole office team is amazing! Thank you for all you do!

They did get better at repairs. Having an all electric apt. Is great and easier. Close by the mall, grocery, dollar tree carTire shops and restaurants. It's not the best but far from the worst.
We unfortunately are only offering 12 month leases at this time. If you'd like to come check out an apartment we are sure you will love for 12 months, come stop by our leasing office!
